The architects decided to opt for sustainable interior products. PET Felt proved to be a universal choice – in addition to its versatile presence in furniture, this material also provides sound-absorbing properties. Thus, Dots PET felt panels by ReFelt were chosen to contribute to the aesthetics and acoustics of the grand entrance of the new office.
Matched with grey PET Felt Radial lamps, Pod chairs and Upside Down couches, they created a balanced and inviting look. The lamps were placed at varying angles to gently shape the open space. The hanging fixture became an eye-catching accent of this entrance area.
“In reaction to the buildings dominant architecture we designed a modest interior. Combined with PET felt products it resulted in an accommodating unity.”
Geert Kok, Interior Architect at DZAP Architects
