From open space to acoustic privacy

The main challenge was creating connection in a multi-story office. Where employees were used to continuously seeing each other on one open floor, five levels now had to connect functionally and visually. Through smart layouts, shared meeting spaces and modular zones, teams on different floors could stay connected, while each floor maintained its own identity. For quick consultations and phone calls, open phonebooths were integrated that remain visually accessible but needed acoustic shielding.

FlexiPanel Groove as the solution

Thanks to the flexible design, the panels fit perfectly around the curved surfaces of the booths while providing an acoustic solution. The distinctive groove structure of the FlexiPanel Groove adds visual rhythm and relief, while the recycled PET material dampens sound and contributes to sustainable design.

Applied in two complementary colors, the FlexiPanels Groove enhance the appearance of the spaces and create a pleasant, quiet work environment where employees can work with focus.
