At 12mm, Melange panels are 30% thicker than standard, bringing a richer, more tactile quality to any surface and a better acoustic effect across a broader range of sound frequencies. Made from PET Felt from recycled plastic bottles. Durable, low-maintenance, and built to last. Well-suited for busy spaces with acoustic challenges, from open-plan offices and schools to hospitality settings.

With 18 curated colourways, each with a distinctive mixed texture, Melange 12mm Acoustic Panel offers a palette exclusively available through Refelt. At 12mm thick, it improves sound absorption across a broader range of frequencies compared to the Standard collection.

A thicker panel for a quieter space

The extra thickness of Melange 12mm Acoustic Panel makes a tangible difference in how a space sounds. Denser construction absorbs more sound across a wider frequency range, making it particularly effective in busy or acoustically demanding environments. Panels are also available in a Rectified size of 2780x1180, cut to precise straight edges for applications that require a sharper, more exact finish.

Material

PET Felt

PET Felt is made from recycled plastic bottles, ground into fibres and pressed into dense, durable panels. Its porous structure absorbs and diffuses sound effectively, reducing echo and reverberation in busy spaces. Low maintenance, resistant to wear, and available in three collections (Standard, Melange, and Refined), it offers a wide range of textures and colourways. At end of life, it can be recycled again.
